At Chat AI Pro, we aim to deliver high-quality, comprehensive solutions and a reliable experience. We value your satisfaction and want our refund terms to be clear. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

We offer a trial period so you can explore the benefits of our services before continuing with a paid subscription. If you submit a cancellation request through the appropriate channels before your trial ends but are still charged, please contact us. If we can confirm that your request was received on time, we will issue a refund.

If you continue your subscription after the trial period has ended, you agree to ongoing recurring billing as described in the subscription disclosure below.

Recurring Billing Disclosure

By subscribing to Chat AI Pro, you agree to recurring billing based on the subscription plan you selected. This means your payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable intervals until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. To do so, follow the cancellation instructions in your welcome email or contact our customer support team.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, if you cancel before the next billing cycle begins, you will not be charged for that upcoming cycle.

No Refund Conditions

Subscription Acceptance: Once a customer agrees to and activates a subscription, the subscription fee is non-refundable except as described in point 2 above.

Trial Period Cancellation: If a customer cancels during the trial period before it ends, the subscription will not renew and no refund will be necessary. Once the trial has ended and the customer continues with the subscription, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Recurring Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. If a customer cancels after a billing cycle has already begun, no refund will be issued for that cycle, and access to the service will continue until the billing period ends.

Voluntary Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles or for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Technical errors occurring within 30 days of the purchase date: We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such request is subject to evaluation and approval by the Chat AI Pro customer support team.
